casaFantini/lake time has been inspired by an idea of Daniela Fantini, CEO of company Fantini Rubinetti, who, despite always travelling the world, has not lost her connection to her territory, to traditional family values and genuine but refined Italian tastes.
Together with the architect Piero Lissoni, internationally famous designer, she created Casa Fantini/ Lake Time to offer a genuine and refined hospitality concept, in a comfortable and friendly environment.
Casa Fantini/Lake Time is an hotel with a homely atmosphere, where is possible to live an emotional experience in the Lake Time, with the slow rhythm of the lake and its silence.
The Chef of Casa Fantini/ Lake Time is Paolo Bullone, known for his national and international experiences and awards, including the Michelin Star in the 2017 at the Restaurant Agrodolce, in Imperia.
His cuisine is based on the raw materials selection, all caractherized by an incredible quality. The ingredients of his recipes are chosen as a result of a detailed and careful selection process, oriented to discover local and small producers.
The cuisine at Casa Fantini/Lake Time proposed dishes that include no more than 3/4 ingredients. They are only apparently simple, hiding a perfect preparation process, that sometimes require long times.
At the check-in guests are invited to share their preferences and wants. The menu, with the Chef suggestions, can be modified based on seasonal availability and guests' requests.
Located in the historic building, at the ground floor, Blu Lago Cafè is a connecting space, open to the community of Pella and an integral part of the local area.
